PCB Check Plots: Can be used as an overlay over the PCB prior to the printing operation, the first step in the SMT assembly process. This overlay is used to verify that the stencil pattern matches the board and solder paste will be printed on all pads receiving SMT devices.

PCB Board Layer Check Plots: In this application, Mylar artwork is created for each layer of a multi-layer PCB. Each layer has pin registration holes so that all layers of the PCB board artwork can be aligned to physically view and verify the overall PCB board layout.

Thick Film Screen Check Plots: Used as an overlay over the Thick Film Screen as well as the substrate to be printed on to verify both the screen and the print pattern.

High Resolution Artwork: Artwork plotted at 1/16 mil resolution provides precise images for imaging Pre-Sensitized Thick Film Screens or other high resolution artwork applications.
