Laser Stencil

DuraAlloy is a proprietary alloy developed for high volume stencil printing applications. The inherent hardness and tensile strength resists coins and dents that can occur in the SMT printing process. “IT TAKES A HIT AND KEEPS ON PRINTING!” Stencil life expectancy is more than 2 times that of typical stainless steel stencils.

Utilizing a unique post-processing E-Clean procedure, smooth aperture walls are created. This feature, when coupled with the metal properties of DuraAlloy, generates minimal dross during the proprietary laser cutting process and provides excellent print performance for component pitches down to 20 mil.
