Single Site SMT Repair Solutions

Standard Formed:  For highly populated boards or in situations where there is very little clearance around the repair site, our Standard Formed Tool is the preferred choice.  The walls of the formed tool prevent paste from contaminating the surrounding areas, while the handle can be used to hold the tool in place.  Each tool includes a custom sized metal squeegee to ensure proper paste coverage.  With over 60 standard tool sizes available, most applications can be accommodated.  Custom identification engraving can also be added at no additional charge.

Standard Flat:  For boards that have more clearance around the repair site, the flat repair stencil is ideal.  This product has ample space between the component pads and the outer edge, allowing the tool to be held down by hand, with adhesive, or any other means. Each tool includes a custom sized metal squeegee and can be sized up to 4” square.  Identification engraving can also be added at no additional charge.
