DuraAlloy™
DuraAlloy™ is a proprietary alloy developed for high volume stencil printing applications. The inherent hardness and tensile strength resists coins and dents that can occur in the SMT printing process. "IT TAKES A HIT AND KEEPS ON PRINTING!" Stencil life expectancy is more than 2 times that of typical stainless steel stencils.
Utilizing a unique post-processing E-Clean procedure, smooth aperture walls are created. This feature, when coupled with the metal properties of DuraAlloy™, generates minimal dross during the laser cutting process and provides excellent print performance for component pitches down to 20 mil.
