In order to provide the best process solutions, Photo Stencil must have the best technology. Our production equipment, lab facilities, metrology and support personnel represent the core of this technology.
Photo Stencil has a fully-functional laboratory that performs a variety of in-house and customer-oriented functions. Some of the tests performed on a daily basis include:
- Tank integrity testing
- Acid-base titrations
- HPLC testing for brightener
- pH and surface tension
- Nickel and chloride concentration testing
Our lab can perform hull cell testing to diagnose any problems that might occur. The deposit stress analyzer is used to check for compressive and/or tensile stress. SPC charts are maintained for the tanks to track conditions and trends. Because of this on-site capability, we are able to make adjustments immediately to ensure continual process integrity.
Barbara Myers is our in-house chemist. Her background as a quality assurance officer working under strict EPA GLP regulations is a perfect complement for the demands of mastering the variety of test equipment and the rigorous procedures we uphold.
