Quick Print
The Quick Print by Photo Stencil is a simple universal clamshell base station tool that holds a stencil and a PCB. The Quick Print provides a simple and efficient method to hold stencil and PCB in place, along with a method to align the two, for printing solder paste on the prototype board. Total set-up time is less than 5 minutes. The sequence of pictures shows how the PCB and Stencil are placed into the Quick Print.
1) Clamshell Fixture: Holds stencil and PCB.

2) PCB positioned in the Clamshell fixture.

3) Stencil is positioned by first, placing it over one corner tooling pin, and second, adjusting the other 3 puller pins to stretch and hold the stencil in place.

4) Printing solder paste onto the PCB.
